Fortune Group Holidays, now operating under the name Pacific Holidays. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
Upon purchasing the membership, I was misled by false promises and exaggerated claims about the services offered. However, every time I attempted to avail the services, I was met with refusals, citing unavailability of rooms and peak times throughout the year. This has been a consistent issue, making it impossible to utilize the membership benefits as promised.
After providing extra Rs 2360 extra on 14 Dec for breakfast + 1 lac membership already i have i year back. This is the reply one day before my booking where i have planned everything for my travel.
