The Pacific Holiday World — Membership cancelation and refund

Pacific Holiday World seems like a fraud company that charged us INR 1, 90, 000 for 10-year membership of 7 days hotel vacation annually from their staff at
Planet Hollywood Thane City. When we send email/request for reservation, they ask for breakfast charges for all the days before booking. They also charge hidden fees for booking which we were not informed when we purchased, in addition to their annual maintenance fees. They promised 5-star hotels but they do not seem to have any good hotels. They say they will provide 20-30 % discount on air tickets which is completely false.
These people are cheating people by showing fake reviews and picture of famous personalities with them. They are making fake promises. They are fraud.
Their representative promised us that if we don’t like services, we can cancel membership and you will get refund. That is the only thing I bought the membership.
After a pathetic experience on my first outstation Holiday Booking in January 2026.
When we reached hotel, hotel communicated that there is no booking in your name. And other hotel booking got cancelled on Sunday and we were not getting any response from Pacific relationship person. No one picked or replied to our call/messages.

I have requested them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as promised.
But they are reluctant and replying only with "We provide you our full assurance that you will not face any such hassles or service discrepancies in the future.”
“We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for your upcoming travels and encourage you to utilize your membership benefits."

They are cheating people. They have fake reviews on Google and other sites..

I want full refund of my membership fees.
