On 22nd November 2022, we took pacific holidays membership and paid Rs. 2.33 lakhs. Sales executives (1. Vishvander Gaur - +91 [protected] 2. Sachin - +91 [protected] who sold us this membership with so many fake promises and benefits.
We already faced so many issues while booking for any reservations with the team and every time they ask for extra amount other than Rs. 2.33 lakhs for every new reservations.
We requested so many times to cancel our membership and refund our money but no one in his team taking this matter seriously and always have heated conversation over these issues with no solutions provided.
they have suspended our account for posting an honest google review so that others don't fall in their trap. And forcing us to remove review and money will not be refunded.
now they have come to us with hotel booking and cancellation policy which they have for dissatisfaction if a customer have regarding this.which is not applicable to membership plans and based on that stating YOUR money will not be refunded.
please help us.

They call on your number and invite you to a 5 star hotel. They do false promises and take your money. Once you pay, your money is gone.
If you complain against them, then they stop your booking and dont talk to you. They make 100% profit.
They tell you to give them 5% rating everywhere, You dont do, they stop your booking. They make 100% profit.
They book hotel worth 1000 rs. You are happy. They make 80% profit.
If you complaint, they cancel your booking, They 100% profit.
All the resolved complaints which you see on the sites are actually customers just trying not to loose all his money and be happy with Rs 1000 worth hotels.
(If atall they book one).
All their employees are told to post 5 stars rating on different sites as much as they can from different IDs.
