[Resolved]  The Pacific Holiday World — Not providing Services after 1st Vacation

I was planning to Ooty from Bengaluru on 9th to 11th June. I requested to Pacific Holiday world to provide hotel options from my membership. I have requested 25 days before where their policy says to inform at least 15 days before. But they replied that there are no 4*, 5* options available with them. I have requested then that I will negotiate with 3* hotel this time. So, they provided me 3* hotel list with exchange rate charges. Exchange rate charges were more than the amount if i book directly with hotel. So, what's point in taking 90000 Rs membership with them for 5 years and paying 10000 AMC every year. As per their email they are saying they are not holding any rooms. In other words they are not able to provide any services. They are punishable under section 420. After providing membership they are denying for the service. After watching lots of complaints here and on YouTube, i have realised that I am not the only one who got cheated. They are cheating lots of people. I request to take strict action against them so that innocent people like me don't lose hard earned money with these fraudulent companies.
Their terms and conditions does not match with what they have explained.
They explained that membership charges are fully refundable until 7 days of first vacation. But on the agreement they took signature mention that it is not refundable in any circumstances. They took signature explaining that terms and conditions explained are same as where they have taken signatures but it was way different. They never explained about exchange rate charges upto $99 to $199 for domestic hotel bookings.
Please take some strict action against them.
