The Pacific Holiday World — They are scamming people of their hard earned money. They have taken 1.95 lakhs rupees from us in the name of hospitality.

First their team will call you to good hotel in the name of promotional event. They will promise you 4 star and 5 star hotel stay in the affordable prices. scam starts from that promotional event. Shikha Agarwal and Saurabh Basak are the sale persons who sold us the membership based on fake promises and advertisement. They also used the name of pacific mall chain in Delhi when we asked about the autheticity of the pacific holiday world.

Second, after buying the membership we asked the reservation team to book hotel as promised by their sale person Saurabh Basak. But when we initiated the request we didnt get what we were promised during sales. So we provided them list of better options as we were promises to get the hotel of our choice (4 star and 5 star). To that they stopped responding to our mail. We took follow up but no response. Worried about our hard earned moneh we called their customer care, and Radhika Verma attended the call and promised to resolve and highlight it to higher authority.

But they all are scammers. Nobody took any strict action. To our dissppointement even the sales team who promised to be there while booking also stopped picking our call. They mentally harass you. By ignoring your mails, calls and everything. It is very difficult to get in touch with right person.

after this we raised request for cancellation of membership. Then Mr Sharukh came into picture. He is highly illogical person and very cunning with his words. He promised to resolve the issue.. after a week of long calls, he agreed to write all the terms and conditions over mail. But even after that he did not cover all the points.
Being worried for money, we acknowledged his mail fo revised term and condition to attempt booking of hotel again.

As expected, we were cheated again. Now Mr Sharukh is using his lawyer brain to mould his words and the statements he has written in mail against us. again they provided very bad options and their AMC and breakast charges are more than the actual price of stay duration.

They are simply denying to do refund. We have not availed a single service after two very dissappointing and failed attempts.

please never ever go for pacific holiday world. They are BIG SCAMMERS. They will just eat your money up and you will be helpless as you have already paid the money upfront. you will be trapped in their vicious circle and will not be able to get out.
