[Resolved]  The Pacific Holiday World — Want refund of 210000 which I paid for membership. Its a fraud c

The Pacific holiday world is a fraud company they took money in advance like from me they have taken 210000 inr to provide booking for 70night 80 days in 4/5 star hotels for 10 years.

They denied to provide booking when we make request to do the hotel booking. Also they are refusing to refund the amount.

They are many like me who are struggling for refund from this fraud company. I request government to take strict action against these scammers and put them behind bars and help us get full refund.

They fool innocent people.

They have promised to Provide booking and committed that going forward I’ll not face any issues while making bookings. For this time I’m marking this as resolved but in case again they denied to provide service I’ll go need refund of my 210000 and cancellation of membership. Today I just received from pacific holiday world now they are saying they cannot provide booking but they will refund my 210000 inr by one voucher and for that I need to have an account in sbi or icici bank either of myself or anyone my known and through sbi app I can redeem voucher values of 210000 in my account as refund.

There is some fraud person who has taken my no from this portal and talked to me as a person from the pacific holiday world and promised to refund full amount 210000. He tried to take money from me instead giving refund.

I talked to the personal from the pacific holiday world they have provided me booking for now and promised that there will be no hurdle in booking going forward and insisted me to continue be membership and don’t go for legal action for refund. Hence for now I’m hoping they keep their promise and resolving this complaint but if in future they denied to provide service I’ll file complaint for sure.

Updated by Megha Jaiswal 89 For now they agreed to provide hotel bookings for 3 night with breakfast charges as 300 per person per meal so hence im marking this as resolved for now.
