Every time you try to opt for hotels they said sold out and take exchange destinations which are too costly and you can get them cheaper directly online. What's the benefit to get a hotel membership?
For Domestic even if you are flexible with dates, you are forced to pay more for exchange destinations. Even if you try to book more than 1-2 months before. How is it possible for a company not to have rooms even for a request made 2-3 months before and even with flexible dates and locations?
I am totally frustrated now, this is happening 4th time with me.

Got a call from PacificWorldHoliday Representative Aman Sharma, He agreed that there were some issues from their end and that they'll resolve them asap. They assured me that in the future, this will not be repeated.
I'll wait for their response and see if this time they'll fulfill their promise or not.
