My account has been blocked on 16 jun 2019 i didn't recieved any information about it when i open my mobile application my account is logout there and when i try to log in they say your account is marked as inactive i redeem my 3000 point on it 2 time but they not pay my money and when i try to contect them on their contact no. It is invaild i send many mail on gmail facebook but they didn't replay please unblock my account or give my redeem atleast i am silver member of this site but still they bolcked my account

When I try to log into the account it says contact helpdesk to check status of tps account. Even when I try forgot password link.

This happen second time with me that i am enable to get the amount of coupon in paytm it shows me that coupon code is invalid
