The Panel Station — didn't receive paytm cash

I had redeemed 3000 points on 29/11/2017 for rs.300 paytm cash but didn't received any amount till now. I have received an email from paytm (Attached to this complaint). Please check that email. After that i also contacted paytm but they told me to contact with the merchent.
