The Panel Station — I received a mail that my points get credited into paytm but not credited

I have reedemed my 3000 points on 19th December nd i received a mail on 24th that my points got credited into paytm account but till date i didn't receive them... please please please help me!! I have spent a lot of time fr that...my mail registered with is daarthi.[protected]@gmail.com
