For the confusion related to the 'Points in review' section, a few days back you proudly informed us through a mail that after the review period of 3-6 weeks our earned points will start showing in the redemption section, but If I'm checking, you haven't even cleared the points for my survey completed in April, and it's still in the 'Points in review' section and not available for redemption. What is all this confusion? I have noted down the ID and date of all the surveys I have completed and how many points it was for. And the truth is that my earned points are pending with you for much longer than your given 'Review' time period, even more than three-three months have passed, but they are still ' are lying in the 'Review' section itself. Please bring transparency in your words and actions, so that your panelists never realize that they are being cheated by you, I am your old and loyal panelist.
