The Panel Station — redeemed money has not been received in paytm | |||
A confirmation email was sent that the redeemed points have been sent as 300 rupees to the paytm wallet. But there was no amount. I even checked with paytm customer service to check if the problem is about the paytm services but it was said that the transaction wasn't successful. I hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible as the this confirmation email from panel station had come already 2 months after the redemption. Hi! I can't access my account. I have used the username and the password that you have sent me, but it always says "Username and password are invalid." I reset my password many times but they keep on sending me the same password. I have answered surveys already and I have points. Help me access it again, please. Thank you!
