The Sleep Company — Problem with Office chair. the nuts and fixtured came out and became unstable

Still the chair under warranty period not even a year, at the time fixing of chair itself there was some defect. the assembly person did some adjustments and assembled chair and now unable to adjust the fixtures and all. Nuts also came out.. Do the necessary fixtures.
