I have received below confirmation for refund from Snow travel company on 24th Oct that i would get refund on 10 Dec., but still after lot many follow ups on calls, mails, whats app, they just keep on postponing and i still don't have my refund after so many days and I am helpless as I need amount badly.

Recently they conveyed after 10 Dec follow ups that complany is closed and will refund by 16 Dec, then on 16th said 26th Dec, then on 26th said 20th Dec, then said 2 Jan and finally today they have no date and still say need one more month and m sure after 1 month they will say another reasons.So, I need money asap refund today, I am following up almost alternate days in phone and mails, but no response on mails and calls they give new reaosn and new dates.,

As usual I did not receive any call from you on 2nd Jan as u committed and I awaited for that till night.

Today morning I called, someone (as I dont know real name, person said himself as Rohit), said he will call and come back by 2 PM, Ok, I waited and as no call received, called again at 2.30, then he said is in lunch and would call soon, after 1 hour, around 4 PM I only called and asked, then to my complete surprise the guy said he has left the Job.

I am not sure how this can happen that person leaves Job within 1 hour .?????? So strange and also not responding properly and not at all concerned

So, I asked alternative contact that also not sharing, no response just saying contact via email and will get reply soon

That is biggest joke I heard as email reply is never receiving from your side and how will I get reply soon. No reply to customer emails is the policy from you, so I had to waste my time following up on phone to many nos. Luck is mine if atleast one is working condition.now that option over as person left company as he said.. truth i dont know

So, after so much frustration, can I know when you will do IMPS for my Rs.8000/- ?

I am in deep financial trouble and borrowing[protected] rs. from people, and you guys hv held up Rs.8000 from me? How can I tolerate that. Its my money since Aug with you and now when I need badly you dont pay... You held that 5 months for many reasons., i could sustain., but now not possible

The guy said you would reply in half hour. So, would wait till that. Understand its hard earned money and dont want to lose like this. We value it so much

If you are closing down., you can sell assets and return money.

I need my refund today

Hello Mr. Snow travel (as each time new name is conveyed)

Just to inform you, today again I had to call back as usual as none of the time you people call customer from your side and inform.

Again new date today and that too not of payment, date to start process on 2 Jan 2020 reason being year end., happy to know your are following MNC of year ending Dec. and not March as per Indian rules.

So, 2 Jan again i have to call for follow up and then process will start. How irresponsible you all can be . I paid 8000 since 3 Aug, nearing 5 months now and sitting with that and for refund you need so many reasons.

As conveyed, i would wait until today only for my refund before official complaint.

So, carry out IMPS asap today to avoid further complaints and discussions and at least bother to reply back and acknowledge as you are in service industry and these are the basics.

Again once more time you failed in gentleman committment to refund on your committed date

its 16 days over the 10 Dec committed date and still I am without my own money. Today again I got one more date.. Monday 30 Dec 2019 and personally it would be done from your side as committed

So, i would be happy if you can atleast follow your last committment as after that I would be forced to move to complain officially

There wont be next reminder e mail after Monday, it would be complaint mail marking you as cc in copy and To would be authorised highest complain forum

So, I expect Rs.8000/- IMPS in my account on Monday asap, already i spent many thousands of rupees in mailing you, calling you, spending my work time to follow up you, interest for so many days, etc. list will go on.. which I am not claiming which ideally I should, but would leave away

Just short: Rs. 8000/- IMPS Monday, 30 Dec 2019, dont want to take such bad memories to next year. so finish it this year only

I was trying to call all available nos. All are switched off so what message shall I take from this.. You are causing mental frustration every day for me.

Instead of having good time via trip, its causing troubles only and harrasment only, its too much now.

Earlier, you followup every minute for payments saying hotels hold, then u dont book, then later say price increased by double, if I pay it would even be bigger loss for me.and if I dont and now claim my money back imemdiately, you ppl say no as per policy we cant . we need 7 to 25 working days.. After repeated follow ups, i dont even get single call back from your side and not even response. I patiently waited till 10 Dec as per all rules and terms. No Its my right to get full amount back asap and now you say company closed. How come?

I am reading a lot on comsumer comaplint forums about all same cases of getting full payments from customer saying urgency and later on not at all giving refund.I slowly lost trust on snow travel and you people and you dont even transfer calls to company head to talk to, what customer service are you provding

Ideally you should refund me on priority considering 2 factors

- I paid long ack in Aug 2019 and it was issue from snow travel side that even after confirmation you did not provide me firm bookings in that price
- It was snow travel issue and I did not cancel from my reasons. and amount is not high for you, only rs. 8000/-

See I personally dont like follow ups and asking each day, I have a lot other important to do as I guess you as well

So, to avoid such things, arrange 8000 anyhow and send me or else as u said you will get by 25/26 Dec some amount, then you can send., so immediately send me a cheque of Rs. 8000/- with date 28 Dec 2019, that would suffice so that we both are free from daily follow ups

I dont want to go in all complaint filing and that all troubles to you

So, I guess meassage for you very clear, transfer IMPS 8000 immediately or else send me cheque today with date 28 Dec 2019 and send me courier dtails

I am fed up now that why I chose snow travel .

4 months of daily frustration and tensions

Await reply via e mail as you switched off all nos. If so, I would appreciate if you call from your side once atleast if you really care about customers

As per policy its 7 to 25 days right? So how come 10 Dec 2019?

Refund initiated date is 24 Oct 2019 and its already 3 weeks over and if we count working days also it should be before 10 Dec

And its range mentioned as 7 to 25 working days, so does it mean you always have to take the maximum?

Point is first it was offered from your team and confirmed all as per my specifications and then only I paid full, now how come its raised and need more amount and that too so much

You cant provide booking as confirmed to me after full payment and now I am in trouble as after 3 months I am getting to know its not possible, already by the time desired hotels are full or overpriced, who will bear that and I have to rush again searching all hotels and travel agents.

Waste of time for me and you as well.

To conclude, as this is cancelled from Snow travel side, I need full amount Rs.8000 in my account through which I transferred initially, today itself as they are lying with you since three months now without any use

It cant be that I pay 5 months in advance, no confirmation, daily follow ups, no response, later getting to know pay higher and then cancel and replan everything again. Not done at all.

I need to replan and rebook my tour, so I need amount right now, ideally I can demand interest charges also for these months, but I would be liberal with you a bit and you need to transfer me only basic amount as this is not very high for such reputed travel company like yours.

So, consider my booking assignment cancelled ( due to snow travel company issues) and send me back Rs.8000 to my account today

Surprisngly today only one mobile no. which was working well till last month also picked up but from other side came reply as wrong no. So. ultimately its a fraud nothing else.

New people please beware from these fraudsters and do go behind dicounts these ppl offer. its a trap to get customers., get 100% advance, then dont confirm the trip, ultimately cancellation and on top of that no refund. 100% profit business model of these fraud ppl. Bad... Worst...
