I ordered aj styles gloves from souled store and it was torn from its thumb part. I want it to be replaced. I have sent them 5 emails but no response. I have searched that to replace it first you need to get a confirmation from souled store and then they do not have the pickup policy so you have to courier them defective product. This is very lengthy process. I don't want to follow this process please help
