[Resolved] The Souled Store — no refund even after one month of cancelling order | |||||
I had placed an order on 5th july against which i received a mail from the souled store on 6th july informing me that the entire order is out of stock. Being asked to choose from two options - replace products or cancel - i chose to cancel the entire order and accordingly mailed them on the same day that is 6th july asking for the refund. It is the 1st of august today and shockingly i haven't yet received the refund. Refund demanded at the earliest. Order id: 969848 Was this information helpful? | |||||
