[Resolved] The Souled Store — not refunding after cancelling my order

I had ordered 6th of april 2018 a tshirt. But due to certain reasons i had to cancel it immediately. They had promised to refund my amount of 600 rupees within a week and told me in my mail that the amount would reflect in your bank passbook. But till date (29 aug 2018) i haven't received my payment. I have mailed them several times but they wouldn't reply.
