The Souled Store — order cancelled still no refund | |||||
I had ordered 2 t-shirts from the souled store, order id: 889226, i have canceled that order 12 days ago and didn't receive any updates regarding refund, i have paid for the order using my debit card. They sent me an email that they will start the refund process once the package is returned to our facility, but come on its 7 days now at least. And also they are sending me emails regarding that they are trying to deliver the order. I mean why if already canceled. I want my refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
