This is regarding order id 522465 The product was adressed to 'mr pranjjal shukla' and it shows delivered to some ishant, we don't know any ishant in our building, i was a great fan of souled store but this is really disturbing, kindly look into it and deliver the product to right person, or just refund me the amount if that will take long time, looking for positive and fast response from you. Ive sent atleast 5 mails, called like 50 times everytime it says 'we are closed today' Worse experience Was this information helpful? | |||||
