The Souled Store — order status is showing me that the product is out for delivery in a different city.

My order number is 1650757. I've waited for 5 days for the delivery but not it is showing me that the product I ordered has been out for delivery today in Pune where as I live in Hyderabad. What is wrong with them. Even though I've been sending emails there is no response. Regretting for ordering in this site. Worst delivery experience ever. I want them to respond immediately and take action. In this scenario like this I even can't apply for a refund as the package is not with me. Such a fraud company.
