The Souled Store — star wars hoodie

I ordered a hoodie on 11th of march and showed expected delivery on 17th of march and as of now today is is 21st march and it is nowhere to be delivered. I emailed them twice but there was some ridiculous response all times.
Plus tracking status shows product has arrived srinagar on 18th of march 5:47pm (Ist) and is not refreshing.
I even tried to call them but they replied by saying to call tomorrow. Please help me in this issue.
