Thepancard.com — Applied for New pan card for major daughter after paying the service fee to the web site. No response from the site.

Since my daughter become major, to open bank account i applied fror new pan card in the website thepancard.com. however even after more than a month i have not received any pancard and website not responding the querries. There is no phone no or address of the company and Google has colluded with the company to chit the pepole. Kindly take neccessary action to punish and close the website.
