Thepancard.com — The pan card website is not responding.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I have applied for pan card on 24th of January and paid Rs.379 through SBI ATM card. My customer Code is A3390146.
They received my application via speed post on 25th of January. Now, when I'm tracking the status, it's showing that my application is still being validated and moreover they are not responding to any of my complains.I urgently need my pan card in order to open a salary account.
I request you to please look into this matter.
