                            There is lockdown in whole nation due to which all trains booking are being cancelled. No new booking is happening also
                            Mean time all ticket cancelled bookings refund are getting refunded in my portal, customers are getting msgs from irctc to collect amount from agents they started calling for refund.
                            Somehow till know i had manage to do it but situation is getting worst for me to handle
                            Ikindly request company members to look forward to situation and please make some arrangements for refund in my bank ac
                            I had called customer care they said they cant transfer to bank acs

                                Very bad service they are cheating…
                                Very bad service they are cheating customer dont keep balance in portal they will cut if they need and they will not reply your email as well also from head office i[censored] call they will block u and disconnected your calls . This is arsalan from Arsalan travel they did with me same they cut 5000 INR and not responding now many days i put complain on consumer forum as well but they have power they shut the consumer forum mouth also, they are properly robber they can do any thing because they have power to take case off from consumer forum may be they pay there also

                                  Dear sir / madam,
                                  I have been appointed as stockiest in the smart shop since october 2018 and their customer care executives namely mr. Arghya banerjee, mr. Sujit kumar mohanty and tso mr. Jayprakash prasad has taken rs. 90, 000.00 for purchase of 18 rail ids with positive assurance for early resell. But out of 18 rails only 4 has been sold and 14 remains unsold since 7 months. From december 2018 these sales executives are not attending any phone calls and not selling these rail ids to customers. Sending an email on dated 24.04.2019, your tso mr. Jayprakash prasad tried to resolve the matter with false assurance and false commitments. But nothing happened. Rs. 70000 has been blocked since 7 months. From reliable source i came to know that the above named sales executives are selling rail ids directly to the customers @ rs. 5000/-. Instead of selling my ids.
                                  1. What is the necessity of creating stockiest and blocking their money whereas the customers are getting rails ids @rs.5000/- directly from sales executives?
                                  2. Have these sales executives have no sales during the last 7 months?
                                  3. Is the company giving them salary without any work?
                                  If no, then why have you blocked my money???

                                  The most important thing is the company is not trying to solve the matter. Even has not call me yet.

                                  I request you all not to make any type of transaction with this fraud company which has no responsibility for customers problems.

                                    I will use it last one year this company. At thay give me ditributor ship 3-5 pertion is come and give good feed back and give me company distributer. After i give 20000 for 20 id thay will note give any support and no one pertion come to help sell my id's

                                    2) lot of time coplane about problem in side to bill pay and mony remitenss but in the 10 days the company will not support

                                    3) last 10 april he will debited my 5001₹ mr rakesh in costomer care direct to active railway id he will promised me to in 7 day i will active it after debited he will not active and note refund my mony
