I done the transaction on 26/12/2020 of Rs 3500.00 with transaction is NR3AJQ21 the amount is debited from my is but not credited in customer account and the status show Credited.

I booked air ticket from my terminal id from silchar to bangalore on 05/09/2020 by net banking but payment is deduct my account and ticket is not confirmed. then i complain to sbi customer care they reply me payment already successfull to the marchant account Transaction Id is[protected] Bank ref no is IGAJFLKCJ8

Money transfer not credited custmer account....

Your agent is giving false information about mpos swiping machine her name is swathi tarnaka branch she is giving fake information on swiping charges she is tell me as 0.2% but swiping charges is 2.45% i am asking her to solve this problem she is blocked my number coustomer care also no responce this process is 4months till now not solved...

There is lockdown in whole nation due to which all trains booking are being cancelled. No new booking is happening also

Very bad service they are cheating customer dont keep balance in portal they will cut if they need and they will not reply your email as well also from head office i[censored] call they will block u and disconnected your calls . I have been appointed as stockiest in the smart shop since october 2018 and their customer care executives namely mr. Arghya banerjee, mr. Sujit kumar mohanty and tso mr. Jayprakash prasad has taken rs. 90, 000.00 for purchase of 18 rail ids with positive assurance for early resell. But out of 18 rails only 4 has been sold and 14 remains unsold since 7 months. From december 2018 these sales executives are not attending...
