TheSmartShop — Regarding IRCTC Dongle Activation issue

I would like to inform you that, I am owner of Jupiter Tour Travels. My
terminal id is INCCU03900486H. I have Given every docs and payment for
IRCTC Dongle. and it has been delivered by The Smart Shop company, but it
has not been activated. some rejection is show in IRCTC. But My office
address and residence both is same. so, how could i give you the others
address proof for Company ?

So i am requesting to you to activate the service on basis of my previous
docs., if not possible please refund my money within 7 day's in my account
otherwise i will go to consumer court against you's company.
