I have purchased a Smartwatch (W1 Android 6.0 Bluetooth Smartwatch with Heart Rate Sensor, Pedometer, Calling, 3G, Wi-Fi and iOS Compatible) on[protected] but the wrong smartwatch was delivered with poor quality and specifications on 10th May 2018. I request you to replace with a correct product which I requested. Thanks in advance

The product sent by wrist is very poor on quality and also its not the same as shown in the pic, even no reply from them on emails and their customer care number is also switched off every time... They are making customers fools,
They also taking cash on payment.
The wrist watch sent by them is totally third class in quality and also the specification are not same as shown at the time of ordering

I just book a smart watch my order id[protected].
My receive on 16/04/2018 at 12.20 pm. I open the parcel, i don't gate my original booking product. The order i ordered did not come, i receive a fake products.
This product features is magnetic charger and dual system, but these are not what i got.
So i request that my booking product take back and refund my cash.

I want my money refunded as soon as possible... This is not the model i ordered. There is no slot for sim card or memory card and packing itself looked suspicious and one more request, and please pick up the phone so that customers can contact you guys.
I place my complaint today on 10th april and i want my money refunded by 15th of this month.
Selling cheap chinese stuff is not going to do any good for you and the customers.

purchased this product from their website https://www.thewristbuddy.com on 3rd March 2018 ( order id[protected] and product was estimated delivery on 5th march 2018. Client number is not traceable as it is suspended by the telecom company.

I had ordered a kw 9x smartwatch from www.thewristbuddy.com for 3200 rupees. I got a different product that was not even close to the product which i ordered. When i tried contacting the costomer service, i got no reply and when i tried calling them, they did not pick up the calls.
I recieved the watch on 3rd april 2018. I paid cash on delivery.
I would either like a refund or replacement.
