It's been since 1 month I'm unable to watch any videos in Byju's App for Class 11th PCM. Before updating my phone (in Lollipop), it was perfectly running. But after upgrading to Marshmallow, I can't watch any videos.

Due to this much time have been wasted.

So, I request you to either update your app to be compatible with Android Marshmallow or return my money back ASAP.
