Thomas Cook India — My travel from Delhi to Singapore on 17th May 2017 | |||||
We had contacted Thomas Cook fr our tickets and Mr. Shubam Gupta was interacting with us. As soon as our last payment was over he would not and our queries and we r in Trouble. He didn't explain any procedure and yr requirement in detail at the time of booking in spite of I asking him repeatedly. We told him family is located at different places but he said no issues in that. Now u trouble is at eleventh hour to bring original passport, forms signature etc. Very unprofessional and none o[censored]r staff has any knowledge of yr norms.
