Hi,
My Name is Shashi Bhardwaj [shashi.[protected]@tcs.com] and works with TCS and i have got forex Boderless prepaid Card in later year but in year 2021 they asked us for the replacement of card because of new guideline from RBI.
They have sent the new Borderless Prepaid Card by courier to my Australia Address, but this was not activated and when i connected to customer Care they also unable to help me.
Customer care saying that the supplier who provided the card only can activate this.
