Hi,

I have invested 20 days with thomas cook in getting our vacation visa processed. This is a night mare.. I am surprised we have such pathetic organization in business.. Ironically my visa documents are still not submitted after so much of torture.. I hate thomascook staff and company processes... Waste of money and time.. I recommend not to think abt thomascook at all and avoid stressful traval
