      I have purchased thomson smart tv 43 inch from flipkart and last one year before tv led display have some problem and not booting. I have emailed the invoice to thomson customer care & an engineer visited and submit the investigation to thomson, after that there is no response from the customer care & even if i tried to contact them and that too failed to connect with them.
      I have purchased thomson smart led tv through flipcart with invoice FAB30B[protected] on 5th Oct 2018, now display not working, mailed thomson support but no revert, even toll free number is not working, even product is under warranty.This is the worst TV brand i have experienced as it they doesn't care about customer grievances

        I have purchased thomson r9 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv from flipkart on 23.01.2019
        Ofter six months we got the problem on 7th july 2019", (Screen is coming black and only sound is coming.)

        Call has been logged with customer care of thomson and complaint has been also lodged. Refer complaint id - 9633867.

        Engineer visited on 15.07.2019 and told that display pannel has to be changed of tv, but he will not be able to tell anything when it will get replaced and how it will get replaced. I called to customer care of thomson, they are told we are solve the issue with in15days but it is now 43 days but the problem is not salvaged, no body is picking the phone and it automatically got disconnected and they are also not responding properly over mails, if the call is connected, the call is being disconnected before it is finished speaking...

        Please help in resolving the issue...

              Engineer visited on 19.07.2019 and told that panel has to be hanged of tv but he will not be able to tell anything when it will get replaced and how it will get replaced.                     I have purchased Thomson LED TV within 2 month its not working while running itself shows black screen and getting only audio i have called customer care and raised the ticket and after i got reply mail from them like within 48hrs will give the solution and after 72hrs also i didn't get any information after 4 days get one mail there i got complaint Number and they mentioned within 72 hours issue will resolve but till now update i have called Customer care there they disconnecting the call even i can't connect to customer care from last two days..

                      I was purchased a TV on flip kart on 30.01.2019 . there is black mark in TV images uploaded. i lodge a complaint in customer care my complaint ID is 9136348 . Technician from deputed by the consumer care inspected my TV and try to attend the mark.problem not solved but there is a vertical line in the TV from the date service engineer attending. service engineer told me that thee is a panel problem we can replace the same after receiving the panel from brand. but consumer care closed my ticket ID there is physical damage.and replied panel will be replaced with 80% of cost. there is no contact no except consumer care and hence they are cheating the customer.

                        Already contacts with service executive with toll free number 4 times. But, not any proper response.

                          I had bought thomson tv, model 40m4099 through flipkart vide invoice no faaa3q[protected] dated 15 may 19. For the past one month, the tv is not working. With lot of tussle with customer care, the service engineer had visited and intimated that the mother board of the tv is faulty and require replacement. After 2 weeks the board was replaced and a new defect in the form of no display appeared whilst changing mother board. The engineer intimated that the led display also requires replacement. All the major components of the tv namely, motherboard and led failed with in a span of 7 months, which shows poor quality of the products. Infact other than the casing, there is any thing else to fail also.. I suggest much more rationale should with respect to defining quality of the products by ecommerce sites should be institutionalized. Poor quality inspection is making us highly vulnerable against such poor products. A copy of authorised quality check inspection certificate also could be provided to customer along with invoice. Over all a very sad and disappointing experience with the product.

And they keep visiting to check the problem.The service centre just keep calling and giving excuses.There hardly any support from Thompson TV apart from fake excuse for more than a month now.And there is no concrete resolution.Nobody takes any responsibility.The service centre blames the user also as not reachable.

Since it has no delivery at anchal (Pin 691306), it was delivered to my friends address mr jiju justin, aishwarya, apsara jn, ayathil po, kollam, kerala. The actual installation is done at anchal, c/o shabu ps, paravila veedu, karukone anchal 691306. Now the tv not working. I have sent many mails from my mail id [protected]@gmaiil.com. Also i had sent the invoice of the purchase. Still the complaint is not attended y anyone. So i request you to do the needful at your end as early as possible.

We have logged a complain via email on 24th dec 18 as instructed by the sd team.. Thomson team has lodged the complain on 26th dec 18. Complaint id – jkol[protected].

                                          Engineer has visited the home & told that tv not repairable we will exchange your unit with new one. You will get a replacement by 10 days. I have followup again on 5th jan '19 on toll free no: [protected]. They told me you will get a replacement by monday 7th jan'19.

                                          I have called again on 08th jan 19 when there is nothing received on 7th jan. They told me that complaint has been closed you send us a mail we will escalate the case. I have sent a mail but no response from them. Today i have again called but i am not getting solution to my problem.

                                          Hence i request your help to get this sorted out.

                                          I purchased a 32inch smart TV bia Flipkart on 2 June 2018 TV delivered on 11 June 2018 and install on 13 June 2018 . but TV not working properly from 25 May 2019, I logged a complain on, 28 May 2019 . technician come on 1 June 2029 he takes some pictures and say will repair tomorrow but not come tomorrow then I logged a complain on 8 June 2019 and technician to come on 9 June 2019 he takes some pictures don't repair my TV and say will repair tomorrow but not come any technician . so I want repair and change my TV thanks

                                            I have purchased a thomson led tv on flipkart 3 months back. It has brand warranty of 1 year. Now the tv has stopped working. Raised a complaint on 28 th but till now there is no service, and response. I have been following up with customer care daily. They say our server is down and will get an email shortly. This is the story for last 4 days. Please escalate this

Faa3p[protected], we purchased onwards one small white dot has come on the display areas, now it will add 2 dots on the display areas, i repeatedly give mails to thomson and flipkart to replace the tv, but they reply on mail it will pending for approval for replacement for the last three months they give mail this content only, but now 1 weeks mails they said it will...

                                              I ordered the above tv through flipkart and it was installed on 23 9 18. It had picture clarity problems and sound defects. After continuous complaints, motherboard was replaced on 29/10/18, but still problems continued. I had requested for complete replacement of the tv set but company is not inclined to replace but only carry out minor repairs every time.

                                                Tv model :thomson ud9 series 108cm (43inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (43th6000_ud9), date of order 19.05.18 through flipkart (Online) and delivered on 21.05.2018.
                                                Date of incident: tv display problem occurred. On 23rd august 2018 we sent an email to customer care @ [protected]@thomsontv.in (Attached). So far the issue has not been solved. When we are trying to contact consumercare center over the phone @[protected] they simply dragging the time and disconnecting the calls without proper response. Some of the customer care executives told over the phone that the tv will be replaced but the same was not done till today. On 3rd october 2018 once again we sent email with a request to send the replacement of tv at the earliest. Further, no technician has visited to resolve the issue.

                                                As per telephonic conversation today with you, you people assured that a written reply should be received from thomson service center regarding replacement of tv. But till now i didn't get any reply from your side. Once i again i request to you send solution to my problem through email only. D [protected]@thomsontv.in only availabale from which i didn't get any solution or satisfied reply from your side.                                                   I bought a 40 inch LED Thomson TV through FLIPKART flash sale.
                                                  The TV was working just fine but after a month TV stopped working.
                                                  NO WIFI, NO HDMI port work. I tried to reach out THomson customer care - customer care number is not working. I reached to flipkart - after a lot of struggle i could reach out and i had a call back from THomson tv. I have been asked to send invoice details to the person. I sent but after then I waited for 2 weeks no response. Now I dont know what to do next.
