Dear Team,
I have received an tv today when it was installed on front of your employee there were only sound issue which i showed to him and he asked me to reset the tv it will be resolve now when i reset it tv is not turning on its been more then 30 mnts.

From the day 1 i am getting so many issues in the tv and now new tv is not working again it would be so great i[censored] help me with my refund.

Power issue
Dear sir,
I purchased thomson R9 80cm led tv32" on month of 02/01/2020 with imei no TH32TM[protected].
On 2/10/2020 i faced power issue like tv is not getting power on which is of approx 9 months after purchase it got resolved by thomson service centre.
On 19/03/2022 same problem is again existing but this even the light is also working.kindly solve me the issue even after continuous 3 days mail to [protected]@thomsontv.in their response for my mail is they asked for invoice no and details even i replied from the first issue mail which is on year 2020
On calling to customer care their reply wait untill assistance they didnt recieve mail which one true whether my mail recieves the desired person and he replies or as per the customer care person my mail didnt receive and wait for the assiatance till you recongnise my mail????
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible

I have a 50 inch LED TV. The model number is 50 OATHPRO 1212. Black vertical lines are coming on the display.
Then I file a complaint via mail. It has been more than 50 days since my complaint was filed but so far my complaint has not been resolved.

Irresponsible response from Thomson TV customer care

I have been complaining about TV remote but very worst response, even though they know i am complaining from beginning, now ( after 11 months ) they are saying since accessory warranty is for 6 months, so I have to pay.
But i fail to undestand when I reported approximately one month from date os sale, then why they are demanding 1100 Rs.
Also this TV has many inbuilt software problema because if which i spend several hours of my time seeking solutions in YouTube as from Thomson service centre i dont have any hope..
So dear Cusumer team - Pl support me, my contatct is [protected]

Display issue still not resolved
I purchased Thomson 9A series 40 inches on decmber 21 2020. but now it's facing display issue. it's showing vertical lines in display...I trying Thomson customer care but all numbers is coming invalid...
I am very disappointed for this service.

same error m also facing . purchased on 22nd dec 2021 . only 10 days, really very worst led . provide support and replace asap . thomson i m not expecting these kind of worst products from you guys .

I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased the TV (Thomson 9A Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV with Bezel Less Display (32PATH0011BL) from flipkart with an extended policy (CPFK[protected]

Thomson not refunding money since 2 weeks 22nd October Inspite of repeated reminders

I opened a Service ticket with Thomson on 22nd October for repairing my Thomson TV. They quickly responded with Payment details, asking me to pay 450₹ for the Service Technician Cost to create a Service ticket and initiate it.
I immediately paid 450₹ and shared the UPI screenshot payment proof with them (Transaction ID of payment:[protected], which they confirmed that they have received the money.
A week went through, and they never sent any technician, nor took any action.
Finally, on 28th October, they agreed to provide the refund of 450₹ and asked me to share my bank details in which they will process the refund. I immediately reverted back to them with my bank details for them to deposit 450₹ but they never refunded. Everyday, I drop reminder mails to them for the refund, and I call Thomson Customer Care at least 6 times daily, I've reached out to Thomson innumerable times over Phone and E-mail, but they refused to respond neither on Mail nor call, and are not refunding my 450₹. I have all the payment proofs & Email proofs, of ticket raised, payment made, payment confirmed, no action, their promise to refund, my bank account details shared, following which no response from Thomson.
Kindly help me, to receive my refund of 450₹ from them, which they are cheating me of.

I have given complaint to Thomson on 30th August 2021 regarding one small tiny line on the LED screen, Engineer visited site on 1st September 2021 and informed us ''TV needs to be replaced, however, we regret to inform you that Thomson 24TM2490 TV is right now out of stock '' We have already escalated your case to the concerned team, so once the TV will be available we will take your case on a priority basis.
We request you to please wait for 7 to 10 working days.
but now Thomson customer care closed my request 6190991 without providing solution, i want to escalate to consumer forum on this, i have sent many reminder mails, no luck, now warranty period also got over on

Unresponsive to my complaint for replacing the TV for last 3 months

I have bought a Thomson Television from Flipkart on 13th Jan 2020 and the Television stopped working on 21st June 2021 which is after 17 months where I have the extended warranty of 18 months. Since then I have been chasing Thomson for fixing the issue. Thomson executive visited and found the a part is faulty which they later told the screen itself is faulty. They are unable to replace my TV, which is more than 3 months. Every time they keep on pushing the dates by 7 more days. I have a brand warranty from Thomson for 18 months and they are not replacing the TV in absence of the part which went faulty. Thomson is not ready to take the ownership of the product which they sell and cheating the customers.
We buy a TV trusting the brand and the support system what we have in India. Our PM encourages buying an Indian TV and hence I bought this. But Thomson turned to be the worst ever experience.
Consumer forum should sue them for cheating the innocent buyers.
