Thrillophilia — Missed visiting Burj Khalifa due to their irresponsiblity

I had pre-booked my visit to burj khalifa and received the booking confirmation from your end close to one month before my planned visit. On the day of visit after standing in the queue to enter burj khalifa for 30 minutes I was humiliated in front of the other guests and was asked to leave the premises since I was unable to show them the QR code required for them to scan and enter. The travel agent(Suraj) handling this booking was not available on chat. I had no other means to contact him since I was on an international trip. I had a friend call him so that he can send over the qr codes as he had only shared the booking confirmation and had failed to contact the operations team of thrillophilia to get the Qr generated which was compulsory for entry. He refused to recognize me when my friend called him, please note here that I had spoken to him multiple times over chat and call for the past one month and made bookings close to INR 1L. A sales executive refusing to recognize his customers. Nevertheless his colleague Khushbu came to my rescue and helped me with the option available to her.
The issue I still faced was that I had pre-booked my visit for daylight hours because after dark nothing would be visible. Due to your agents messup I was unable to view it at my desired slot. I was told slots are only available after 7:30pm which was not completely true as I could see on your website and confirmed it on the booking counter in Burj that tickets were available for all slots during daylight as well. My guess here would be I did not get the daylight slot after 2:30pm is because prime hours would start and next non-prime hour slot was at 7:30 and hence that was provided. I agree that I booked non-prime hour slot which was 2:30pm because I wanted daylight hours but when I missed it clearly because of Thrillophilia's mistake I should have been offered the next time slot be it prime hour and that should have been complimentary. I was asked to make a choice quickly or else that would also be sold out. My ask over here is that I want a refund of my burj Khalifa tickets since I was unable to see anything and wasted an entire day of my short trip to Dubai cause of your mess up. I have all proofs of tickets being available and not given to me and would have to proceed to lodge a formal complaint on consumer forum if not given a proper resolution by you. I am also attaching a copy of all the proof.
Also, to bring it to your notice your travel agent Suraj and not once apologized for his mess up instead he avoided my messages, dodged my calls and spoke with bad attitude when I called him. He made fake promises while I was placing the bookings and failed to fulfill them and argued with me when I confronted him. I understand that there could have been a communication gap over here but he could have taken everything or every promise he made in written so that he could not be held accoubtable later. Upon speaking to his manager, she gave me the link to the support team and I request you to please help me with my refund. My visit to Burj was useless and completely wasted due to this

Adding proof to all slots being available that day on their website itself but upon contacting them they said they don't have any slots except at 7:30 and I missed the daytime view
