We had made a booking through thrillophilia on 23rd March for Maldives for Oblu Select Sangeli and we had been assured that our booking will be modified to beach villa and water villa with pool instead of water villa and water villa with pool for 4 nights. There is no response from your extremely unprofessional team about our booking and now they are even not picking up our calls this is absolutely cheating done to us and our booking amount has been collected and no revert on our final booking
Mr Shubham had made our booking and had assured us and now he is no where in the contact by giving some persona reason and he had assigned Mr Samyak from operations team to connect who is not responding us and also Ms Jyoti from the sales team. This is extremely disappointing and i have been forced to take the complaint to the higher matrix . Please look into the issue asap Was this information helpful? |
