Thrillophilia — Not cancelling booking and providing the full refund

I had booked Sikkim trip with Thrillophilia as all the itinerary and the hotels and of course the cost looked great. However, once I made the payment, the operations team was not responsive at all. I waited for 3-4 days for them to respond.

So, I raised cancellation request which was much before 20 days. But, still they are not responding and have not initiated the refund process till now.
