Thrillophilia — Not refunding wrongly booked tickets since the last 4 months

Thrillophilia team mis booked 4 SEA Aquarium tickets in November 2022 on the day that the Aquarium was closed. The team had committed to refund the complete ticket cost that day itself, however since then has not been responding to any calls or emails.
