Thrillophilia — Refund not received, no replies to emails/phone calls

Hello,
Deeksha from the northeast region promised they initiated a complete refund on May 18th but o haven’t received the refund. They are not responding to emails or phone calls. Her team member Rahul stopped receiving calls though they promised to resolve any issues -[protected].
I have email proofs stating they initiated refund and should expect in 5-7 working days.

My amount of 9K is with them which I cannot use for other booking nor has been refunded to my bank account as promised.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest
