I am filing this urgent complaint against Thrillophilia regarding a Dubai tour package (Mar 19–24, 2026). With the travel date just 3 days away, the agency has completely ceased communication, ignoring all emails, calls, and messages.
Despite a formal Indian Government Travel Advisory and the US-Iran conflict, Thrillophilia is acting in bad faith to avoid a refund. Today, they unilaterally rescheduled my onward flight (SpiceJet PNR: VHDIJA) for March 19. Same for my return flight (IndiGo PNR: IFYWTR) which I got to know about from the IndiGo airlines and not the travel agency. To add to that my IndiGo flight which a fires flight earlier is now rescheduled with 2 connecting flights. They are intentionally attempting to strand a 71-year-old senior citizen and a 5-year-old child in a conflict zone with no return path, This maneuver is clearly designed to protect their own commissions and avoid a refund, showing a complete disregard for passenger life and safety.

Section 56, Indian Contract Act (Doctrine of Frustration): The contract is legally void/frustrated as it is impossible to perform a "round trip" package without a return leg.
Consumer Protection Act, 2019: Their refusal to communicate and the use of high-pressure WhatsApp tactics to force non refund cancellation
Endangerment: Forcing travel into a hazardous zone against government advisories for commercial gain is a gross violation of consumer rights.
