[Resolved]  Ticket Goose — Boarding Point issues with Parveen Travels from Chennai to Sivakasi

Hi Sir/Madam, We had booked 2 tickets on 30th May 2014 from Chennai to Sivakasi in Parveen Travels and the boarding point was at 08 : 55 p.m in, Porur, Chennai ( Near Nandhini Sweets). Bus failed to pick us from the boarding point and the response from the bus operators was poor and they justified that there is no pick up point in Porur, Chennai (Near Nandhini Sweets) Please find attached the ticket for your reference.
