[Resolved] Ticket Goose — Redbus Frustrating Experience | |||
I had booked my Mum-Bangalore-Mum Ticket for Onward journey on 17 May 2014 & return on 18 May 2014 via Redbus in S.R.E Travels. I learnt from Bus driver at the time on boarding for onward Bus that my ticket is not confirmed and hence I cannot board the bus. Later, I spoke to Redbus representative and they informed that I will get full refund for my Onward Journey Ticket and for my return journey ticket I will get 50% and 50% cancellation fees even the same will get refunded after I send email to [protected]@redbus.in. To my surprise, I got message on 18th May for my return Ticket. And when I spoke to redbus representative today morning again, I learnt that both my tickets are still not cancelled. This has been a frustrating experience. Would appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
