[Resolved] Ticket Goose — refund - citrus payment gateway upi unethical behaviour | |||
I tried to book a ticket using ticketgoose app by upi ([protected]@axisbank) for 2, 205.00. The money was transferred from my icici bank but ticket was not booked. The ticketgoose had denied saying that the money was not transferred. Icici bank clearly said the money was transferred to citrus pay vpa and account number. Email after email and phone calls, the ticket goose had been saying "give us some time". At the end of two months, they asked me to call citrus guy though they are ethically responsible to solve the problem. The citrus guy gave the email id. But he is also not responding. Overall, citrus and ticketgoose are trying take away the failed transaction money from the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
