Ticketgoose — Non receipt of cancelled trip refund amount | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I had booked for the following trips but got cancelled due to Covid-19 Nationwide lockdown. Chennai to Ooty - 30.04.2020 - Parveen travels - PNR - TGGHYMHQEYK - INR 8018 Coimbatore to Chennai - 03.05.2020 - YBM travels - PNR - TGUVV2BEZUI - INR 3274 Prior to the trip dates, I have received text messages from the respective travels about trip cancellation, not to cancel on my own and the amount will be refunded 100% to my account. When i checked with travels [Parveen and YBM contacts, they confirmed that the amount will be refunded from Ticketgoose but i cannot reach ticketgoose till date through phone/mobile. I have not received the refund till date. Herewith i have attached the tickets copy and text messages screenshots for your reference. Please support me in this regard. Regards, David prabaharan.
