I booked a ticket for sunday 02-oct-2023 for 4.30 show. Then I just realised the show timing was 4.30 am and I overlooked it. (never thought anywhere in India they run show in the early morning). Tried to reach the customer care for cancellation. But no help Or option provided in ticktnew app.
Actually Ny booking system should have option to book Or cancel option well before 48 hours if we have lead time.. Thus is kind of cheating.. Please advise.
