[Resolved]  TicketNew — Tickets were not booked but money deducted. Not yet refunded

I tried booking 4 tickets for the Movie Doctor Strange through TicketNew App. The tickets weren't booked but the amount (Rs.819) was deducted from the account and it is not yet refunded. When I tried for the second time, the tickets were booked but the amount for first attempt is not yet refunded.I want the money to be refunded soon.
