I tried booking 4 tickets for the movie Doctor Strange through TicketNew app on 6th May but the tickets weren't booked and the money was deducted. When I tried for the second time, the tickets were booked but the amount for the first online transaction is not yet refunded. May 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The Debited amount is refunded after a week of complaint register. During the process, I contacted them to verify the refund process.The team gave me positive replies and thanks to the team after that the amount is refunded within 2 days.
