Tikona Infinet Limited — Refusal to disconnect and refund the amount

The issue that I have experienced was: I subscribed for Tikona on 26th November, 2020 and I t got connected on 27th Nov, 2020. The company representative promised uninterrupted internet service and if not happy will refund. The internet worked on 27th, nov 2020 and 28th, we were not in home. the internet issue started from 29th Nov. I raised complaint and the technician came on 1st dec, 2020 whole day he spent fixing it and no luck. he said by next day it will be fixed and it never happened. So i thought this is not going to work so I requested for disconnection and process my refund. Customer care executive disconnected the call stating I am not calling form registered number. and after multiple attempts from registered number I got connected I raised my concern then said different team will call me. When that next representative called me on Dec 4th, 2020 he informed as this issue can be fixed he can't refund. this is after 6 days of no internet. I don't want to continue with them and fight with them in this manner and loose my peace of mind. Regular visit of technician to my home I am not liking it due to the current situation. Rather i would be happy with my mobile data usage. Need your help in getting my money back.

Thanks for the response, the issue is I am unable to register in that site, I am not getting activation link. I have tried around 5-10 times. I am unable to reach to the customer care number from my registered number. If i call from different number your representative is not taking request stating I am calling from different number. I am getting call to rectify the connection. The technician who did installation is not picking my calls. I have decided not to use Tikona and today I am receiving bill for usage. Can u please process my cancellation and refund my hard earned money.
Can someone from Tikona cancel my subscription and refund my money
