I have previously written about timble while applying for connection.Now after 1 week of installation I am still facing issue with services.No internet connectivity from last one week and no follow back regarding solving the issue.Called multiple time in customer support, but no solution as of now.Timble haldwani team is saying that they have contacted me and I am not picking up call, but I have not recieved any call.
It have been around 1 week with no internet and multiple follow up.
At start when I applied for connection there was installation done after 1 week inspite of taking the installation charges at start.
With 20 days usage I was able to use the services for 5 to 7 days
