non refund of the security deposit for the internet connection even after 40 days.

Timbl broadband connection was not able to provide me with service and they discontinued their services in my area. I asked them to payback my security deposit of rupees 1500. But they said it will take 15 days for the same. When i called them after 15 days, they asked me to wait more 7 days. I again called them after 7 days and they repeat the same that please wait 7 more days. Now i am very fed up with calling to timbl and getting same answer. Now they can't update me why my refund hasn't been done or even give me a reason for the same. No body is calling me back from their side. They are very irresponsible and liars. My complaint number is c043. And my security deposit due is rs 1500 inr. My timbl user id is 2013066.

Very Pathetic service from Timbl, from last 20 days I am complaining timbl service for my broadband connectivity, but still struggling for the issue to resolve. Even they are closing the complaint without resolving/informing the customer.😭😭

I discontinued their internet services on 28 september 2018 as per their rules they had to collect router in 7 days and provide refund within 48 hours after router collection., they were about to collect router and provide me refund by 5th october. But router was collected on 18th november and till now refund is not provided. Every time on customer care they say its under process.

I have purchase new conection of timbl broadband last 1.5 month. but broadband was disconected every day. i do complaint every day but company has not take any active. i want disconect my conection. want my all money back.
Timbl executive not picking up calls day after taking documents and payment.

fraud company, no internet connection

Got Installed timbl broadband for Rs 2725( including monthly charges, installation charges) but didnt able to use internet facilities as its showing no internet access, called customer care many times and forwarded mail also but didn't got the resolution. It's been three days didn't able to use internet nor getting any revert from timbl. Called customer many times and each time they say that it will resolve within 6 working hours but I didn't got any resolution even after 48 hours.

Worst Service ever!
My broadband is registered on my number [protected] and I have been registering complaint that I have frequent network drops. Due to these frequent drops I have not been able to use broadband at all.
I have registered multiple complaints over last two months but none of your executives care to resolve the same. Fake promises are made at the time of recharge.
How can I forget to mention that your call center guys close the complaints without resolving and say that connection seems to be fine to them in their systems.
IMPORTANT: To other fellow customers or prospects of this fraud company, if you have given security amount for router, consider it gone as they wont refund security amount all, I tried to recover it many times in last one month however was forced to recharge one last time to suffer worst broadband ever for one more month.
And god forbid if there is any issue with your network/router, these guys will tell you that its you who is not able to use it or its your device that is not working. Internet is working well in their systems.

This is second day o[censored]sing it's service in one of the decent area of gurgaon and complaint registered on the very first day for very low speed and the very second day it's almost 1 Mbps speed which was claimed 50 mbps...simply ### and no body is listening and came yet to resolve. Your are really sucks Timbl. Screenshot is attached for your reference.

Serious connectivity issues enforced me to drop this connection only after a month usage. They did try to console a lot for maintaining the connection by making frequent fake promises and complicit claims that the network issue has been resolved. On several instances, they revoked my cancellation requests without my prior approval on grounds that network issues have been resolved. This is when i got the first hint that they are a fraud company. Later on repeated calls and using swear words they approved the cancellation status and promised to deliver the refund within 15 days from cancellation. That was on 6th of september, so refund and pick up of modem was supposedly due by 21st.in between, they made frequent false promises that the modem pick up guy would 100% reach at my doorstep on a particular day, and this ate up my whole day, not just one day. Today, on 24th sept i called again only to hear from them that i will get the refund by 28th sept. But the policy declaration clearly states that upon cancellation, modem will be picked up and amount refunded (1500-security fee) within two weeks after cancellation.
I'm extremely dubious if they ever going to initiate the refund. Made a big mistake by hiring services from them. Would suggest customers be very wary before filing their broadband services and better go for the popular trusted ones.
I will be filing a consumer complaint very soon against this company and will see that all steps are taken for suing this fake service provider.
Those who have faced similar kind issue can come forward. A joint effort will help to claim our justified demands.

Not 3rd GRADE...their services are 4th grade...they dnt bother abt theservices including customer care theri seniors Mukesh & honey, they want only the money after tht client jaye bhaad me, ..even they are not ready for refund...pethetic n 4th grade broadbade services...dnt go with this broadband...yuckkkk

connection cancellation and refund issue

I've been using timbl from last one year. Recently only i got a big issue which they couldn't resolve in even 7 days due to which i decided to cancel the connection. I placed cancellation request on 20 dec'2017. It has been 7 days but there is no response on cancellation or refund. Customer care representatives are just beating around the bush and hiding things about real status of cancellation. They tried to convince me alot to continue with the connection. But i was deeply dissatisfied with the recent issue which i faced.

Timbl has the best data plans and I absolutely love them! My earlier internet service provider gave me low data packages which used to get over before a month had ended, forcing me to use a slower connection till the next cycle had started. Now that I’m using Timbl’s high-speed broadband, I can boast of my high speeds and data pack to my friends who are yet to make the switch. The best broadband service ever! I am a designer and require high speed internet which doesn’t trouble me while I am working on a project.And Timbl Broadband has given me the right kind of internet service. I am able to easily download heavy files and even use online softwares as per my requirements. It seems the best one for me as compared to other broadband connections I have tried. Quick installation, good support service, polite team, awesome signal strength and no connection breakage. Prices might be slightly higher than other BT services but goes well with the quality they provide so I don’t think that creates a problem as long as I get to enjoy fast speed internet and great signal strength!

I am using Timbl Internet connection. It is not working from last two days. when I call to customer care they just update my issue but don't take action. It hampers my work and monetary loss.

Your service provider committs me 100 mbps speed but i am getting below 10 mbps. I do not use the wifi after installing it and also am calling timbl customer care daily but none of them responds properly. I paid ₹ 2335/- and i want my full refund.

I am using timbal broadband services from last one one and it was working fine when i join this network but from last 3 months it was not working and no customer care is taking this issue as i reported so many complaints to the company .
Do not install this pathetic internet broadband services as they do not have the sufficient infrastructure to provide the broadband services for more that 50 connections .
