I have paid the installation & monthly fees regarding their services their vendor came after so many complaints and installed using old wire and router and promised me that it eill start working within few hours.
Its more than a day now but their connection not working called customer support multiple times nothing happened.
Before installation their sales person was calling multiple times but after that she is not responding.

    I urgently needed broadband to be installed the same day & vinay kumar & his team - the area manager in faridabad committed that it will be done. That they picked up half ring calls, followed up many times and provided best of services however as soon as i made the payment they have stopped picking up the call or responding. Twice this fraudster vinay picked up the call and gave an excuse that he is getting it done and started behaving unprofessionally. This is really really shameful. @deepak singhal this is how your company behaves. This needs to be trending on social media and you will be asked this question in every social media forum. People must be aware of this service provider

      I have used many ISPs over the years. Hands down Timbl is the worst. They have no ethics. Their team (sales, customer service & installation) are slimy bunch of liars. Before agreeing to getting their connection & making the payment, their nameless sales guy called & texted me from this number - [protected]. However after making the payment he didn’t pick any of my calls neither did he respond any of my messages. I called their customer service who have no clue or record of they payment. Their response “sir aapko Zyada dikkat hai to app email karlo, mai aut baat nahi kar sakti” - said by Kiran their customer service agent. Apparently there are no supervisors in TIMBL as informed by Kiran. No one from TIMBL called me, nothing from their Instalation team either. Please don’t take their services unless you want to get mentally harassed by their employees while the management doesn’t care at all. With this attitude they will run out of business very soon, eagerly waiting for Jio Fiber to 🥾 TIMBL.

        Its been more then 6 months that timble internet connection is not working properly. I have raised request so many times to cancel the connection but no one register it and do not refund the deposit amount as well. Now it has come to an end, in case these people don't listen me, i am gonna make a move to file a complaint against them in consumer forum as they can not fool of consumer like this. They have to pay for this.

          I bought a 50 mbps plan on 12 may 2020 and they installed the router after 15 days on 27 may and my connection is not working since 29 may and its been more than 5-6 days my problem is not resolved every time we call their customer representatives say they are working and your problem will resolve today even they close their complaints ticket with out doing any work 3 tickets has been already generated by me... So disappointed by their service i even paid for 6 months now they dont even want to refund if i cancel my subscription... I’m stuck with timbl who knows how many time i have to file complaints regarding this single topic...

            Since i have took the service of timbl (24th apr, 20), every day i am mailing and raising request for frequent disconnection and zero net connectivity issue.
            And since last 9days (25th may till now) zero service is provided even after many calls and request raised for the same.
            I also applied for service discontinuation after getting fed up from the service. That request is also pending since 20 days.
            No resolution till now.

                My customer id is 203004. Their technicians came and recieved the amount by me and said they will install broadband within 3 days but after 3 days they didn't answer my single phone call so i requested for my refund on 10-september, ticket id r001 which is taken as granted. Their customer care always says they will surely call you today to ask your bank details for refund but they never ever called me.. Around 20 to 30 times i call custmer care but no action take place till now.

                  This is very much disappointing response from you all. I have paid 1 months advance payment for new connection on 26th aug. Without any installation done by your team at my location. Since 26august. To 2nd aug. I was continuously reaching your customer care and local representative sunil - & virendra for update, but no one came to my premises for installation. At last when no one responded me, i called customer care for disconnection and return of my deposited money on 2nd aug, 19.

                    I contacted Timbl customer care for a new connection. Their representative came to my house next day to collect money for one month's fee(1200) + refundable deposit of Rs. 500 ( in lieu of Router device which they would install and at the time of surrendering the connection I would have to return the device for being eligible to get the refund.

                    I applied for connection on 10th April.
                    Connection was not installed till 16th April despite repeated calls from me to their customer care. Every time I would get a confirmation that connection would be installed.

                    Finally, seeing such poor response, I made a decision to not use their service and raised a request to cancel the connection application altogether and asked for a refund.

                    Again after almost a month of following up I received only 706 refund. Remaining rs 500 was not refunded.

                    To clarify again. Connection was not installed at my home and I did not use the service for even 1 day.

                    Event Timeline :
                    10th April 2019: 1207 paid to timbl representative for one month broadband
                    fee + 500 refundable deposit.

                    12th April 2019 : Customer Id created and received confirmation SMS .

                    16th April 2019 : Raised a request with customer care to cancel my connection application and refund the money.

                    18th May 2019 : 706 Refunded.

                    24th July 2019 : I sent last mail for the rest of the refund money and I have not received any response.

                      This is very much disappointing response from you all. I have paid 6 months advance payment for new connection on 9th aug. Without any installation done by your team at my location. Since 9 aug. To 15th aug. I was continuously reaching your customer care and local representative rupesh - [protected] & rakesh-[protected] for update, but no one came to my premises for installation. At last when no one responded me, i called customer care for disconnection and return of my deposited money on 16 aug, 19.

                      Now since 16 aug, 19 till today i am cntinuously chasing at your customer care for my refund but here also i feel like cheated and evry time they say i will recieve the call after 1 hr but i have never received a call from timbl also no did not get my money back.

                      If you all are not taking your customer seriously this is your loose!!

                      Worst service provider.. their internet connection does not work properly in haldwani.. you will get frequent disconnection daily for minimum 3 hours.. and when you discontinue their service then they will not refund security amount. and customer team will misbehave..

                        In the month on may 2019, i called to disconnect my connection and i chase up regularly and someone cam in july to collect router from me. I was promised when i called and updated my bank details that within 24 hours i will get my refund but nothing happened. I called on 3 aug and agent over the phone told me that don't have any bank details and ask to send an email., i sent that also nothing happen and i am still waiting for my refund. My id is 2009743. Really poor service.
                        Internet connection is not available. logged a complain ID C002. Time limit is crossed . No solution.

                          Hi team,
                          I took the broadband connection from timbl broadband for my gurgaon residence at ashok vihar phase 3. Just after 2 hrs of activation, the connectivity went off. Since, then i have made more than several calls to there customer care but did not get any resolution. They have a sla policy of 6 hrs but now its being more than 36 hrs and they do not bother to resolve it. The customer support team is trained to lie continuously and they have no response other than to say sorry and they can't do anything than to wait until resolution. When asked about the refund, they tell they will not able to do it. When asked about status of the problem, they have no idea.
                          I would say i have been looted and urge the authorities to nab its owner for this fraud that is being running delhi ncr.
                          Please help me get my refund immediate for the month of august (I. E rs.589)

                            I have installed timbl broadband 2 months back and took a subscription of 6 months and it has been the worst internet experience since then...
                            I had a plan of 50mbps but i am not getting speed around 1, 2, 3, 4.. And not more than that...
                            Everytime we call customer care they say they will fix but they do nothing and i get message that your complaint has been resolved. No body calls to ask if the internet is working fine on our side. They put remarks on the ticket that no issue found from our side.
                            I placed 3 cancellation request as well but they say we will make things better but even after that they do nothing. And the cancellation request also gets closed without our confirmation...
                            I got a call from a person who claimed to be there senior manager with the name "ajay" and phone number +[protected] and said give me a week and i will solve the issue.. And whenever you get any issue call me on this number. But still nothing happened and nobody is picking up on that number. They say that if you close the connection you will not get any refund of your remaining months. However when i called for a new connection they said that they will refund the remaining amount if you cancel in the future.
                            Really worst internet provider and worst service ever.

                              Timbl id number - 2006160 my wifi is worse than 5 days. I am also calling on customer care. They say that it will be fine today. It will be fine tomorrow. Similarly, 5 days have passed but so far my problem is not solved.in these i call the network department and then say the wrong language. They say we will not do what we have to do.
                              I am a student studying. Do online studies. I have a lot of problems in studying and many of my syllabus have gone behind in 5 day's.

                                I had taken 50 mps unlimited plan for one years From timbl broadband service gurgoan. I paid them 3 days ago and My router was setup yesterday but my internet is not working till now. I have raised my complains and called them several time but nobody is bothered about my internet issue.
                                According to them internet will start working in an hour. But it has been several hours since my installation done.

                                I feel cheated. Strict action must be taken against them.

                                  I have paid rs.588 on 12 june'2019 for the installation of timbl wifi services but its been more than 2 weeks. Nobody did came to get it installed.
                                  I have called so many times in customerr care but nobody was capable enough to even speak and no senior was able to speak in english and the dropped my calls without resolving my problem.
                                  I called them again and again for 4 hours but they kept on saying that somebody will come and get it installed.
                                  I dropped and email and also chat with them but nobody responded.
                                  A manager name faiz called me and told me to wait till evening i. E.24, june'2019 but nobody came to get it installed. Then after i received a call from sukhveerand he promsed me to get my wifi installed and will call me in the morning of 25, june'2019 but he did not.
                                  In the evening i called sukhveer ten he asked me to wait for next 10 minutes but nobdy came and get it installed.
                                  I kept on calling every one but nobody did responded till date.

                                  I want a strict action to be taken.
                                  I am now fad up woth the service of timbl and i will never recommend my friend to take the sevices.
                                  The worst sevrvice i have seen ever.

                                    I have recharged my account on 28th Apr'19 and my connection was not working. I logged a complaint C100 and it was closed without fixing my problem, I again logged a complaint C101 and I fought for it in not getting that closed. 4th June they have started my services and on 6th night again serives are not working. Now again I have logged a complaint c102 yesterday I.e 6th Jun'19 and nothing happened till now. I have also raise a a request for disconnection R010 and they are not disconnecting my connection too. I called their customer service team 1000000 times but nothing was happening. I have lost 100000 rupees just because my internet is not working .
                                    I took Timbl connection 2 year before and at that time they took rs 1500 as security. They commited to refund full amount when I surrender the connection.

                                    But its more than 6 months they are not refunding my money
                                    Do not use timble broadband any one i face issue many of time but its not reslove after that i close this and want to refund but he did not respons so pls do not use this service

                                      Timble has been a worst broadband ever for me.
                                      From the day i took the connection the customer service ha seen a false drama and always disconnected the calls.
                                      If you ask to speak with a supervisor they disconnected the calls every time

                                      They say supervisor is not available. No connectivity and no compensation as well.
                                      Bein rude over phone and also no action taken
                                      Plz take any action on them.

                                        This is to bring notice that the timbl internet service provider are doing fraud with their customers. Disconnecting internet for days and then starting it either beginning of the month or in middle date just near the time when we have to pay the bill is the way to save their badwidth and make fool out of customers. Please take action against them and if possible ask ceo to shut down company. There customer care representatives dont bother to call back neither their technicians visit to check the issue. Pathetic services.

                                          There is no internet from last 3 days. I called to customer care services they just assure me and forward my complain further. I am facing this problem every month twice or thrice in a month. Why this connectivity issue occur so frequent? Why can't you resolve an issue early? I can't able to work on my system. Reliability of a connection should be your priority. A person can manage if there is slow speed of internet but not without internet. Please resolve my issue i am fed up with calling to your customer care.

                                            On 24th of march 2019 i booked a new internet connection from timbl broadband making an online payment of rs 825.
                                            26th of march their technician came and informed that the connection cannot be installed at your place because timbl has no coverage in your area.
                                            It has been more than a month now and still i have not received the refund of rs 825.
                                            Whenever i call their customer care department they say you will get a call from our finance team and they will send the refund. But there is no call back from timbl.
                                            Please refund my amount as this is pure fraud from timbl broadband.

                                            First of all timbl sales person should check weather the connection can be installed or not then he should book the connection.

                                              I have installed Timbl boradbnd at gurugram and that stops working just after the 1st day of installation. I complaint multiple times but in vain no resolution has been provided. I mailed and called in customer care, but they just give the excuses to wait for next 6 hours and all.

                                              Poorest service provider. Never go for Timbl Broadband. Just worst.
                                              Airtel is far better and now while requesting disconnection, they wish to refund just the security deposit. Its just 3 days of connection and they are forfeiting 900 rs the full month plan amount.

                                              Shame on Timbl. Just give my money back.

                                                I am a person who does not usually write reviews. But not writing one for timbl would be a very bad decision. This will be one of the best broadband services you will come across in your entire life. It provides a great platform to interact with lots of people from customer care. You can also improve your hindi speaking skills (It did happen in my case as i was very weak in hindi). I came to know about this network from my friend who lives in the same building. He had been using timbl for 2-3 weeks. Apart from his initial troubles with the installation of the network, everything seemed fine. So i opted for timbl. They came the very next day to set up the cable and the router. They said the router will be activated in the next 24 hours and it did after 2-3 days and few calls. My trouble started the next day. The first problem was very low net speed. I could barely stream a 144p video even after installing a connection of 50mbps speed. After some time i was not getting the internet also. I raised the complaint and they sent me a technician from our locality. The thing that the technician said was hilarious. He knew that the router won't work. This same thing happened to my friend. I think they are giving the same router to everyone initially in the hope that it works. The next day he came with a router and it didn't work. The next day he came with another router and installed it and said it will get after an hour. 1, 2, 3, 4... Hours went by, but no router was activated. The things that happened later is a cyclic process as mentioned below:

                                                Customer care raises a ticket or reopens and tells technical team contacts you.
                                                If someone contacts you, they ask the mac id of the router and asks you to reboot the modem and closes the ticket.
                                                If no one contacts you continue the loop

                                                7-8 days and it is still not resolved.

                                                  11 December 2018 i paid Rs 7066/- payment of 1year to Timbl from my paytm account... After 1 month one of your agent called me and said that we will not provide any service of timbl in your area... He has also taken his router...[protected]is my id and mobile no. too... I have been compliant with customer care very often ... Today is 07/03/2019...please refund my money...I have also given my bank account details to them...

                                                    I want to give them a big zero.. One of the worst service provider.. To take money their report came within 30 minutes.. Promising i will get connection with 48 hours but no one came for connection and no one answered the phone and its almost a month their in a process of my refund but again all false promises.. Till take i have not received any refund nor their customer care call back.. If you ask for supervisor then u get a fixed reply.. He is busy on call or in meeting.. It was a biggest mistake of my life to go with timbl 👎👎👎👎👎 #shametimbl

                                                      It has been over a month and our issue is still unresolved. Inspite of constant calls and emails, they keep on updating the issue without taking any action for the same. First, they sold the product without giving us the complete details, then they did not take any action for the internet not working. Then when the month got over, they asked us to recharge the amount and they'll restore the service for 45 days that was inclusive of the 15 days of service not provided to us. They lied straight because we did the recharge but internet is still not working even after 10 days of payment. We have the recordings of every conversation.

                                                      They keep telling us one or another issue and keep demanding more charges to restore the service.
                                                      They are simply fooling by giving incomplete information, not listening and looting the customers.

                                                      We are a coaching organisation running in prayagraj. Our organization completely depends on internet services. We called up an agent who came by our office and provided us with the unlimited monthly plan on 20th dec'198. We specifically told him that the sole purpose for availing the service is to download the classes that requires unlimited data.
                                                      But just after 15 days the internet speed got extremely low ie.in kbps. On enquiry, we were told that we have crossed the fair usage limit ie. 500 gb as per trai. But for the usage above the limit, we should have had subscribed for business plan which was not told by the agent.

                                                      This company is a fraud. Please take action
                                                      Worst service and they are not refunding my money back.i have taken 50 Mbps speed but now giving me more than 5 Mbps, I have raised my concern for this they have not responded and now when I want to close my connection they are not cooperating and not closing my connection.

                                                        I have applied for a broadband connection from timbl. The guy came from timbl and did all the paperwork. I paid full amount in front and i have been told that the installation will be done by 15th dec. They havnt done the installtion till 16 and their representative even swithed off the phone. After that my installation got cancelled and they told me that i will get the refund by 19th dec. I have tried many time to get the refund but each time they told me that the team will contact me. I even game them my account no along with all of my details.

                                                          While my last top-up i faced a lot of connectivity issues, connection didn't worked at all. So i decided to discontinue the services. After 21 days i receive a call from executive and he asks me to recharge on which he provided me an compensation offer to increase the speed of my connection to 30mbps at same cost of 10mbps with an additional validity. Seeking the offer i topped up my connection on 5th jan 2019 and again the same problem continued and still under process of resolution. Early today (22 jan 2019), i received a call after placing numerous discontinue requests that "you are valuable customer, pls don't discontinue, we'll provide an additional validity of 7 days." i faced the loss of 30 days (Last top up), 18 days (5 to 22 jan 2019, current top up) and they are providing a compensation for a non working connection of 7 days, shows how valuable customers are for this operator.
                                                          I want my money back for the last two connection top ups, discontinue the connection with refund of the security deposit.

                                                            I unknowngily took timbl broadband connection and paid installation about along with one month subscription. It is been 3 days and i am continuously contacting with customer service to deactivate my connection and refund me the complete amount due to the worst speed and repeatedly connection issue.
