Times Global Insurance — lost of mobile phone

I had lost my phone in 2017 but have still not received my claim. Only balme game is on between the insurance company and the railway police but i have not received my claim till date.

I have shared all the desired reports with the insurance company but i have not got my claim or any communication from the team

This incident took place in feb 2017 and till date my claim is not processed by the company. The value of the phone was almost 30, 000.

Request assistance in getting this claim cleared.
